The frustrations of commuting to work in heavy traffic apparently forced a driver in China recently to take matters into his own hands, according to the Association of Mature American Citizens [AMAC].

Security cameras caught him repainting the arrows on the road in a way that would allow him to avoid the traffic on his way to work.  He told a reporter from a local newspaper: "I saw that the straight lane was always packed with cars, while the lane that turns left has a lot of space.  I thought changing the signs would make my commute smoother."
